To avoid sticker shock after your ride is completed, your confirmation will show all the fees included ahead of time. Prices include: 15% recommended gratuity, fuel cost, late night or early morning fees, possible airport & toll fees, and PUC taxes.

Only fees not included would be additional parking (Note: airport parking already included), and possible wait time.

We carry multiple booster seats, rear facing, and forward facing car seats. Just let us know ahead of time when making your reservation by phone or email. The online reservation system has a car seat requirement section.

Every California operator should have a California PUC permit, ours is TCP-24958. We are also required to have a city business license, ours is in San Jose, CA. Each major airport SFO, SJC, & OAK also have their own requirements for permits.

California PUC minimum insurance requirements are $750,000. We carry $1,500,000 on our policy with Philladelphia Insurance on our smaller vehicles. Vehicles that have 9 or more will be with our trusted affiliates and will have a minimum policy of $5,000,000. The PUC also requires us to have a workers compensation insurance policy in place, ours is through Applied Underwriters.

Our chauffeurs are prescreened in the interview, pre-hiring, and training process. Which is composed of a phone, and a face to face interviews. Recent DMV printout sent to insurance for approval. Then new hires must pass a drug and alcohol test, and placed on DMV random drug test pull notice. Finally the chauffeurs can begin training. This is composed of chauffeur training video and testing. Real driving test to check for safety and smoothness. Chauffeurs will also be taken to all major airports to do a walk through on the rules and regulations of each airport. A thorough background check is also required, checking for criminal activity, and credit history.

Chartered Services - Cancellations for charter (hourly) services within 14 DAYS will be charged the full amount. If prior to the 14 DAYS, only the 1/3 deposit of the final contract will be charged. If booking within 14 DAYS full amount will be charged. Any vehicle 8 passenger or more are charged hourly.

Cancellations for airport, seaport, & point to point transfer reservations need to be a minimum of 4 hours notice prior to service to avoid cancellation fees.

Last minute time changes need to be at least 2 hours in advance to avoid wait time fees.
